Shipping costs for items that are damaged upon arrival or contain manufacturer’s defects will be taken care of by the Topia. By the way, a manufacturer’s defect is not a cigarette burn or stain. This ain’t our first rodeo. Defects can be identified as a loose hem, an uneven seam, or the occasional pulled thread. Instances like these are rare, since we inspect each item as they arrive in our hands.
If your item is ill-fitting, not the right shade of blush, or you’re having buyer’s regret, shipping will be on your dime. The item must be UNWORN, UNWASHED, UNMODIFIED, and the original tags must STILL BE ATTACHED. Because we need to put it back in our inventory to try to sell it again. Items returned to us that do not meet these criteria will be rejected and sent back to you. Please do not send us items that smell like smoke, have clingy pet hair, grease stains/makeup stains/pit stains… basically, it must be in as good or better condition than when it arrived in your possession.
